Why Outsource An SEO Article Writing Service?

No SEO campaign is complete without SEO writing. Consider enlisting the services of an SEO writing service for the job. There are 3 types of article writing services. These are cheap foreign article writers from countries like India who charge between $3 and $5 per article, expensive creative freelancers who charge between $25 and $50 per article, and affordable writing services who charge between $10 and $20 per article. There are several reasons why you should outsource your SEO writing campaign to an SEO writing service:
Quality work at a good price: Outsourcing to a well-established writing service is advantageous over outsourcing to a cheap writer since you will get quality articles and it is advantageous over hiring a creative freelancer since you will save money. A good SEO article writing service has the necessary structures to guarantee quality work. It is less likely to engage in fraudulent and unscrupulous activities including using Black Hat or Gray Hat SEO tactics, since it has a reputation to uphold. Hiring a freelancer is disadvantageous because you will not have a physical address in case you need action taken.
Peace of mind: Hiring a writer for SEO services gives you peace of mind because you will know a professional is handling your SEO campaign. These services have teams of writers who have been trained in accredited institutions and who have years of experience. These teams have the tools needed for an effective SEO writing campaign, an example being a keyword density tool.
Greater ROI: You will get greater ROI (return on investment) with writing SEO as compared to an in-house article writing team. With an article writing service, compensation will be results-based and on-demand, meaning you will only pay when your SEO campaign is effective and when you need the service respectively. You will save money with a professional since you will not have to buy the necessary tools and you will not need the extra office space.
More time to run the business: One of the greatest benefits of outsourcing article writing to an SEO writing expert is that you get to concentrate on running your business. Hundreds of articles have to be generated for an effective SEO writing campaign and this means you will redirect your energies and time from the core of your business. Even if you hired an in-house team, you still have to spend time and energy managing the team.
You could hire an in-house team for your SEO article writing, but outsourcing the service to an SEO article writing service has more benefits.

Website Keyword Density

Whenever writing a page for your internet site, you must make certain you have an adequate numbers of keywords presented on the webpage for the major search engines to to have the ability to locate you and this is your keyword density. This really is a technique of describing the amount of instances a selected keyword or phrase that appears on your web page.
If you have your own work from home online business, it is essential that search engines can locate you website and point readers to it. A prospective site visitor may well visit your website by typing in a word or set of words into the search engine - and these words are called keywords. Keyword density is the percentage of the total number of keywords on a given web page.
For example when someone internet searches for "online home business tips" they really want to find information that is connected to those words - not just a set of random websites.
Suppose you have 500 words on your work from home online business webpage, and you use a certain keyword for 15 occasions in the subject matter. The keyword density on that page is calculated by simply dividing the whole number of keywords, by the whole number of words and phrases that show up on your web page. Therefore here it is 15 divided by 500 =0.03. Since keyword density is a percentage of the total word count on the page, multiply the above by 100, that is 0.03 x 100 = 3%
The recognized industry-standard for a keyword density is between 3% and 5%.
Keywords should not be over used, but should be just sufficient enough to occur at significant places. In the event you duplicate your keywords with almost every other word on every line, then your website will most likely be invalidated as an artificial site or junk site.
Search engines can also detect artificial keyword stuffing or spamdexing. This really is the intentional manipulation of search engine indexes for example duplicating completely unrelated key phrases or descriptions. Keep in mind, that this procedure is valid for every single page on your site. It additionally goes for not merely to one keyword but also a set of keywords that is concerned with an alternative product or service.
A simple way to check the keyword density is to first type your text into a word-processing software program.
Once you have written the text, highlight all copy and choose 'Word Count' in the Tools menu and make a note of the total number of words on the page.
After that, look at the 'Edit' menu and choose the 'Find' functionality. Go to the 'Replace' tab and enter in the keyword you would like to locate. 'Replace All' that phrase with the exact same word, which means you do not modify the wording.
When you complete the replace function, the system will provide a count of the words you swapped. That provides the amount of occasions you will have applied the keyword in that page. Using the total word count for the page and the total number of keywords you can now determine the keyword density by using the formula provided above.

Effective SEO Through Article Submission Services

Article syndication or article submission, as it is popularly known, is a process of creating search engine optimized articles that are published on article submission directories/websites to create traffic and back-links for the business.
Article submission services are effective because they provide both quantity and quality to the business, and the whole SEO operation. When you produce a well-crafted article and submit it to quality article submission websites, you are not only taking care of the quality aspect of the process, but are also working to generate as much back-links as you can.
Back-links are generated in different ways. You can put the links in the article body, which some but not a lot of websites allow or you can put it in the author resource box where you give a brief introduction of yourself and of your business, and this is generally accepted by all top article submission websites.
You also have a chance of generating quality back-links if your article gets republished on another website. Article submission directories are crawled by webmasters and regular users both. If a webmaster or a blogger is looking for a particular piece of information and your article provides that, they can get your article republished on their own website or blog. This way, you are getting quality back-links from other websites too.
Search engines place great value on back-links that are coming from other quality websites that are not your own. Submitting high quality articles also enables you to put your stuff out there where people are already looking for information. So, instead of you waiting for the right people to see what you've got, you can take a proactive approach and publish what you want to say in a directory where people are already waiting for accurate, thorough and updated information.
When it comes to routing relevant traffic to your website, very few SEO techniques work as effectively as article submission does. When people want to search information on a search engine, it routes all kinds of traffic to your website whether it is relevant or not. Of course it is relevant most of the time, but the traffic you get to your website from a high quality article directory is the most relevant that you can get.
Another great way how article submission services help improving SEO is that they allow you to target keywords that will lead traffic to the internal pages of your website. Many article directories allow up to two links in the author bio box, and you can decide whether you want visitors looking at internal pages of your website if those contain substantial content.
These are just some of the many ways in which article submission services can help you improve your search engine rankings. To make the most of it just remember to create content that can provide worthwhile and reliable information to the visitor. Remember, it is not only search engine rankings at stake, but your credibility as an industry expert too; keep both intact.
Hiring an expert article submission service can help you achieve this enviable goal with least bit of effort and with no hassle at all.

Contextual Link Building After The Google Penguin Update

Ranking your website in the search engines does not have to be a complex, tedious endeavor. With this simple SEO strategy, you can very easily promote your site to the top of the search results. Successful link building today is more about relevancy and variety. Relevancy in the link building world means getting links from websites that are in the same niche as you and variety means getting links from many different sites in your niche as possible.
Contextual links simply mean backlinks that are within the body of the page and content not in the comment section (blogs). These types of links are usually in the form of clickable words or otherwise known as anchor text. It's very important to diversify your anchor text to look as natural as possible in the search engines. You have to use keyword research tools and come up with a list of related keywords that get traffic and use as many different anchor texts as possible. It is also very important to use "click here", "Visit", and many other variations to add to the uniqueness of your anchor texts.
The days of blasting thousands of unrelated backlinks to a site to gain top positions in the search engines are over. As a matter of fact many people were penalized after the penguin update for having unrelated and spammy backlinks to their site. There are many link building methods that will give you fast results but they don't last. You need to focus on building links that will last and be considered valuable over time.
Contextual links are great because they naturally help you drive high quality traffic to your site. People will naturally click links which are directly in the content of the page. Your site will also benefit from these links and move up in the search engines. You can also save big money by getting organic traffic compared to paid traffic. Another benefit of these links is that you will not be on a page with 500 other links. Contextual links usually have very low outbound links. This means that your links will pack more of a punch in the eyes of Google.
You have to give Google and other search engines what they want. Which is high quality non spammy related backlinks. This is what will protect you from the next updates that are coming and also give you the quality traffic that your site needs.

How to Optimize Every Page Title on Your Web Site For Search Engines and Visitors

The page title is one of the most important aspects of search engine optimization. Why? Because each page title appears as the "headline" in a search engine result listing. You want every page title to be compelling, perhaps even a bit provocative. Be creative. If you're a retailer or have a brick and mortar business, include your phone number, address, a special offer or a call to action. Think of the Page Title as the headline to an advertisement, but you don't have to pay hundreds, even thousands of dollars a month in search engine advertising campaign programs, like Google AdWords.
You'll also want to make sure to consider your keywords when writing page titles. If possible, use your most important keyword as the first word in your title and establish the topic for the page. I prefer to start with interior web site pages (not the home page) when writing titles. Why? Because it's more difficult to write a title or headline for the home page, which theoretically is supposed to detail your entire company's product, services, resources and more. So, start with a page that is specific to one topic. For example, a page that deals with a single product within your product line. This way, you can include specific key words and phrases that relate specifically to that one product. Once you get a few page titles under your belt, writing a great headline for your home page will be that much easier.
Keep your title to less than 65 characters, as most search engines don't display any more than that. You want your title to be complete... and not have it automatically shortened for you. When you see search engine listings that end with an ellipse (... ) you'll know that the search engine has automatically truncated the title. Worse, if you don't have a title for your page, or it's left as the default "untitled", search engines will create a title for you... but it might not be the best possible title for that page!
As a rule of thumb, you should never include the word Home or Home Page as part of your title. It really has no value, and you should strive to use more important, descriptive words in your page titles.
Every page on your site deserves to have a great title! Every page on your site provides a unique opportunity to advertise or market your company, its products, services, resources, support and much more.
Note: There is another type of title that you can also use to help optimize your pages. You can include a title for almost any element on your web pages. The one that makes the most sense - and the ones you should consider - are titles for your hyperlinks. Titles serve several functions. First, they provide a tool tip when you hover over them, makes your content more accessible to more viewers, and it provides another opportunity to make your pages keyword-rich.

Common SEO Myths And How To Avoid Them

SEO information abounds on the Internet, the shelves of bookstores and just about anywhere you look or listen these days. One thing common to most SEO myths is somebody, somewhere, is usually profiting from them. Therefore, don't expect these myths to go away soon. Educate yourself and learn to separate fact from fiction with the following tips:
Myth Number 1: Site-wide linking will benefit your site.
When you list a link on every page of your website you are not doing yourself any favors. It gives the impression of artificial content specifically designed to garner rankings, rather than giving users a good experience and good information. Site-wide linking can cause your site to be ignored. Include a single link in a relevant position for the best results.
Myth Number 2: The more meta tags, the merrier.
For a long time meta tags were a very handy tool for web masters: users would enter words into a search engine and your site would be listed as a result of the meta tags used. Eventually this process turned into a mega-spamming tactic and search engine algorithms no longer permit it. Currently, your best options are tactical use of title tags and meta description tags. Also, consider using meta robot tags to control spider access.
Myth Number 3: Using black hat strategies is helpful.
This myth has seen significant badgering recently with the updates to Google's algorithms. Although, in theory, black hat methods may hold promise; in practice, they are more apt to get your site penalized, de-indexed and even black listed. Your prospective customer doesn't enter into the scenario if the tactics employed meet with negative reactions from major search engines.
Myth Number 4: Results are instantaneous and success is immediate.
These over-used terms should be stricken from all sites discussing legitimate SEO strategy. Just as with a brick and mortar business, hard work precedes success and nearly always over time, rather than over night. Believing a fortune can be made in 30 days and for less than the price of your favorite latte has resulted in far more disappointments than realized expectations. Be prepared to work for success in SEO and understand it must be cultivated and maintained continuously.
Myth Number 5: What worked yesterday will work today.
The Internet and all its governing rules are not set in stone. It is a place in constant motion, and success will only be achieved by those with the ability to adapt and change with it. SEO must be followed like the stock market, where sudden shifts and long-term forecasts dictate the day, not the life-span of a business.
Myth Number 6: King of the SEO Hill is a permanent position.
You work hard to achieve a high ranking with search engines, do everything by the book and establish yourself as numero uno. So that's where you stay, right? Wrong. As you already know, SEO is constantly changing and you cannot rest on an acquired position. Like an athlete in the Olympics, somebody else is constantly aiming for your spot or to beat your record. If you can achieve a high SEO ranking, you must work just as hard at keeping it as you did at earning it.
Avoiding myths in SEO is vital to your Internet success. Stay current and accurate with your SEO updates and methods to ensure a favorable and profitable future.

How to Drive Traffic To Your Site With Easy SEO Techniques You Can Do Yourself

It used to be that you could build it... and they would come. But with millions of web sites and billions of pages on the web... you have to optimize your site as best you can in order to compete. And, in today's economy, it pays to have a well-optimized site... particularly if you want to reap the rewards it will have to offer in 2012 and beyond.
I want to share with you some of the most important SEO techniques you can perform yourself to increase traffic to your site, increase your customer base and improve sales. Most people, when their web site is complete, race to get their site indexed by Google and the other search engines. But if your site is not fully optimized, the information gathered by the search engines for their organic results may not be exactly what you want. So, before you index or re-index your site, here are a handful of suggestions for you to consider.
I'm still convinced that each page's Title, Description and Keywords are the most important thing you can focus on when optimizing your pages. Obviously the content on each page is very important as well. But even more important is the correlation between the content and the Title, Description and Keywords. So, here's a quick list of things you should do - and not do - to optimize your web site.
- Don't use your web address in the Title; you should, however, use your registered business name, business name, phone number, special offers or other call to actions (CTAs).
- Keep your titles to less than 65 characters, otherwise it will most likely be clipped when displayed in a search engine result.
- Upload a robots .txt to the root of your server/web site.
- Always use a site map page on your site - even if there's just a link to it.
- Custom design your 404 Error Pages to make sure users are directed to a page where they can get help if they've entered an incorrect web address.
- Always use Cascading Style Sheets to design your pages and don't embed color, size and font tags in your page's code.
- Use standard hyperlinks wherever possible and use the Title Tag; links in buttons or JavaScript may not be recognized by search engine crawlers.
- Make sure to include your most important keywords in and image's ALT tag.
- Use H1-H6 tags for page and other headings. You can always change the way H1-H6 headings display using CSS.
- At the bottom of every page on the site, use menus as text links, and make sure that every page links to every other page. These links can be as valuable as back links from other sites!
- Keep the size of your pages as small as possible, and make sure images are never larger than 100KB.
Finally, analyze your competitor's site(s). Look at their Titles, Descriptions, Keywords and Content and see what they are doing right or wrong - and look for ways that you can improve your site so you can be more competitive in today's economy - and be positioned to capitalize on greater web site traffic.
Remember, Web Page Optimization isn't just about getting higher page rankings and better search engine listings... it's also about selling more once you've driven traffic to your site!

Learn SEO Strategies For Link Building

What Is Link Building:
If you are an entrepreneur learning about SEO, then link building is something that you will want to learn about as it will help with search rankings. A link building campaign should be a day to day discipline for any entrepreneur that is interested in driving more traffic to their website. You need to look at links as little votes and not all votes are created equal in the eyes of the search engines. So these tips for most entrepreneurs can educate you on the concepts of getting back links. The number of and the importance of the links on your website will help to determine the rank of your site in the search engines like Bing or Google. Likewise, the page rank of the site that is linking to you is also a important factor. The quality of the links pointing at your site is based on page rank, thus links with high authority take priority over quantity. The links also help in SERPs or search engine results page rankings which can help you to achieve higher rankings and more traffic to your site.
Paid Links Or Free, That Is The Question:
In my opinion, you should avoid getting paid links. These are also known as link farms and they can do more harm to your rankings than good. Moreover, these paid links might be coming from "bad neighborhoods" which might get de-indexed from the search engines, a gigantic nightmare for the internet marketer. Why waste the time and money in getting low quality links when you could be focusing on getting high authority links. Most SEO entrepreneurs take the time to study their markets and in this process you can discover new potential link opportunities.
There are exceptional tools like Market Samurai, Yahoo Site Explorer and many others; than can show you who is linking to whom within your market. You could do an analysis of this or hire someone to do it for you. Once you've discovered what the link opportunities are the question becomes what is the process of linking? Well no different than real life (you remember, the face to face handshake world of old), you need to get out and become a part of your community. No worries, you can still hide behind the computer if you want to. What's needed is some type of reaching out which can consist of the following:
· Making intelligent comments on other people's blogs and including a link back to your site.
· Participating in forums, where you can add value to the conversation and supply a link in your profile box.
· Asking people i.e. webmasters for links.
· Syndicating good content that includes a link back to your site, i.e. article or video submission.
· Outsourcing these tasks to a reputable company.
Various Links:
When you are learning about SEO as an online entrepreneur, you will want to learn about linking or link bait. There are different types of links and all have different uses. The first one is the reciprocal link. If two sites exchange their links, this is known as reciprocal linking. Two way links or reciprocal linking tends to get discounted in the eyes of the search engines like Google. Most search engines perceive reciprocal links as some type of trade or barter system, so these links don't carry as much value as one way links.
Conversely, a one-way or an in-bound link is when one site is connected to another site with the help of a link, but does not receive a link in return. A one way link to your site is always better than a two way link or reciprocal link. It takes some time to create a reciprocal link. The webmaster will simply search the Internet for relevant sites that can trade the links from his site. After they have received a list of suitable sites, an E-mail will be sent to the webmasters. The mail will be sent with a request to exchange links with the site. Don't pass up a reciprocal link especially if it's from a high authority site, but remember one way links tend to have more weight or so called "link juice" for increasing ranking.
So what is the key to building good links? Try to become a part of the conversation within your industry and get other high authority sites within your industry to link back to you. Let us know if you have an SEO strategy question that we can answer for you. Until then, happy linking!

The Best Way To Learn SEO

Do you have your own website? Are you just getting started when it comes to understanding why a top ranking in the search engines is good for your site? That for you to achieve this, you must learn about search engine optimization (SEO) and how you can use it to your advantage.
Before we continue I just want to say that this article is for those who are not yet that familiar with search engine optimization. If you have been doing SEO for quite some time now, then probably you already know enough that you are not seeking for a basic course or tutorial or where to find one. Having said that, if you are a newbie you probably have already set up a website but is having problems getting people to visit it. Why? Because it is not even ranking in the search results.
There are many ways that you can learn about SEO. Of course with each method there are certain advantages and disadvantages and your selection should really boil down to your preferences and how much are you willing pay, if ever, for your education.
The most popular way to learn SEO is through free resources. Free is great, right? Well, not all of the time. You see the problem with this approach is that most of the information that you get are not delivered in a complete process. What this means is you still have to combine everything that you read or watch to help you create your own system which in turn you still have to test to see if the system you developed would really work. Some of these free resources are videos, ebooks, and blogs.
The more effective method, at least in my opinion, is through an SEO course. Admittedly it would cost you from a few dollars to even hundreds of dollars, depending on the quality of course and the reputation of the person who devised it. However, it is way more effective because everything is laid out for you. From how you should choose your keywords, to how you should optimize your webpage and how you should promote your site.
One other great thing about a search engine optimization course is that there are many ways that the lessons can be delivered or taught. There are ebooks, audio files, softwares, videos and many more. Now why is this a good thing? Because now you can select the way you want to study SEO. If you prefer to watch videos over reading an ebook, now you can. The great SEO courses would definitely have these selections for you.
While there are many other methods that you can learn SEO, these two are the more common ones. Just be sure you are getting your information from a real SEO expert.

How to Learn SEO

Search engine optimisation is a mercurial industry at best and a spending black hole at worst. If you are planning to engage in SEO, either on a commercial level or to promote your own web site, it is vital that you stay abreast of the latest developments or your hours of work may be in vain.
There are a number of useful resources available online that can help you achieve anything from a basic knowledge of SEO techniques to a professional level of expertise. Studying and learning from these resources is an excellent place to start if you are planning to deploy the power of SEO - although they can provide no substitute for rigorous testing. As mentioned above, search engine optimisation moves extremely quickly and some of the information you find online may be outdated.
Perhaps the most widely recognised and used resource on search engine optimisation is the web site SEOmoz. As well as providing a number of tools and services that can help you plan and implement an SEO strategy, this web site features a handy Beginner's Guide to SEO that is free for everyone. There are few better ways to gain an understanding of search engine optimisation than reading this guide and a subscription to the site can provide more advanced users with plenty of food for thought. As an added bonus, the SEOmoz site also features a (free) daily blog offering plenty of useful hints and tips to the aspiring expert.
Another useful guide for the beginner can be found at BusinessInsider and is entitled '10 Basic SEO Tips to Get You Started'. This provides an excellent jumping-off point for beginners who go on to read the more in-depth exposition and analysis available at SEOmoz.
For more advanced SEO enthusiasts who have already gained a firm grasp of the basics, there are some interesting posts at seo-theory.com. Although the posts here tend to be more technical than those aimed at beginners, they are clearly written and suitable for those looking for an intermediate step in their journey towards expertise.
Most of the truly advanced knowledge can be gleaned from forums, paid courses or books, but it is extremely important to remember that since SEO moves forward so quickly, books on the subject are often outdated very shortly after publication. This is one of the major advantages of using the internet as your primary resource - posts can be written and published within hours (or even minutes) of a change to the search engine algorithms that determine relevance, value and thus rankings for web pages.
The web site stackexchange hosts an excellent Q&A based forum where users can ask specific questions and receive answers from established experts in the SEO community. The web site WarriorForum can hardly be overlooked by anyone who is serious about making money from internet marketing and search engine optimisation. Discussion is healthy and covers a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to SEO. Finally, a paid subscription to SEOmoz is a worthwhile investment for anyone with serious, well-considered plans to go professional.

How to Learn SEO Article Writing

Although there are many different ways to promote your coaching programs in the online arena, nothing beats the benefits that SEO article writing can offer. As you're basically selling information, the best way for you to create awareness is through content distribution. Writing SEO articles will not only help you boost your page ranking, it will also help you show off your expertise in your niche.
The good thing about this endeavor is that it's something that you can learn and master in no time at all. In fact, all you need to do is to follow these steps and you'll be just fine:
1. Get a good keyword tracker. The first step is doing keyword research. The goal here is to identify the most searched terms in your chosen niche and afterwards, decide as to which ones you're going to target. Getting a reliable keyword tracker or keyword suggestion tool will surely help. You would want to go with those keywords that are extremely profitable but not that highly competitive. Of course, you need to make sure that they're closely related to your coaching programs so you can easily attract qualified traffic.
2. Choose your topics. Take your chosen keywords into consideration when choosing the topics for your articles. As much as possible, write about the latest issues in your niche. Also, try harder to come up with how-to or tips list type of articles. You'll surely be able to easily earn the trust and respect of your target audience if you're always telling them the best things to do when faced with certain problems or if you always help them realize their goals.
3. Write your titles. Always start with your chosen keywords when writing your titles. Remember, you only have a couple of seconds to tell your readers what your article is all about so take advantage of it. For example, instead of using this title "5 simple ways on how you can master the ropes of list building" you can use this one "List Building: 5 Ways to Master the Process."
4. Write your articles. You can forget about SEO and keyword usage when writing your articles instead, focus on making your copies reader-friendly and very informative. Load them up with useful information and ensure that they read very well. Make them scannable by using several short paragraphs and by using subheadings. Also, it will help if you write them using conversational tone and simple terms.
5. Optimize your articles. Once you're done putting your all ideas into writing, the next step is to make your articles search engine-friendly. Start by placing your main keyword on your introduction (preferably within the first 90 characters), on each of your number list or paragraph, and on the last sentence of your articles. In order to avoid exceeding the acceptable keyword density, use your main keyword and your secondary keywords just once for every 50 words.
